Privacy Policy

MNTM APP (“MNTM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the MNTM application and website (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. What Data We Collect
Account Data: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and password (hashed — never stored in plain text). If you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those providers.
Profile Data: Information you provide during onboarding, such as your focus areas, ADHD self-identification, and notification preferences.
Goal & Task Data: All goals, tasks, notes, timer sessions, and progress data you create inside the app.
Usage Data: Device type, operating system, app version, feature interactions, and session activity — collected to improve the product.
Payment Data: Subscription status and billing history. We do not store raw card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe (web) or Apple/Google (mobile).
Communications: Any messages you send us via email or support channels.
2. How We Use It

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your goals or tasks to train AI models.
3. Third-Party Services
MNTM uses the following third-party services to operate. Each processes only the minimum data required for its function:
Supabase
Database, authentication, and file storage. Your data is stored in Supabase and protected by Row Level Security.
Anthropic (Claude)
AI model provider. Your goals and tasks are sent to Anthropic solely to generate responses for your use. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Stripe
Web subscription billing and payment processing. Stripe stores your payment method; we store only subscription status.
Apple / Google
Mobile subscription billing via in-app purchases. Their respective privacy policies govern payment data.
RevenueCat
Mobile subscription management and webhook processing. Syncs subscription status to our database.
PostHog
Product analytics. Aggregate and anonymized usage events to understand feature adoption.
Sentry
Error monitoring. Captures crash reports and error logs; does not intentionally capture personal content.
Resend
Transactional email delivery (verification, billing, reminders).
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes (e.g., billing records for tax purposes, typically 7 years).
Aggregate, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked back to you.
5. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: You may update inaccurate or incomplete data through your account settings or by contacting us.
Deletion: You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This initiates deletion of your personal data within 30 days.
Export: You may request an export of your goal and task data by contacting us at the email below.
Opt-out: You may opt out of non-transactional communications (digests, reminders) from your notification settings at any time.
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
EU / UK residents (GDPR): You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Children's Privacy
MNTM is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us immediately at Help@yourmntm.app.
